Customer service non existent, tried calling loads last night to no answer, no answer to your Facebook mail; as yous never came back with my sundae that yous forgot with first delivery. Waffle was stone cold and thin as a pancake, churros were missing one and also stone cold. I’m a regular customer so I’m annoyed at this and won’t be rushing back!

£2.50 for the smallest tub of ice cream, there is more local ice creams for £2.50 which give you much more. Paid for extras never got them. Crepe was amazing. Wouldn’t return for this reason as expensive for small amounts

Food was poor quality and way too much sauce, really did not enjoy. Also forgot to add flake to the waffle when asked for and paid extra 50p, this never happened. Delivery was good!

Ordered for collection. Very friendly young lads, was greeted with a smile as soon I entered. The crepe and milkshakes tasted great. The kids even got free lollipops :). Overall great experience. Thank you lads

Order arrived quickly and the shakes had on them what they were so I didn’t have to play guess who’s is who’s kids loved them and I’m really pleased with the service & delivery

Wish I could give a better review but sadly I can’t. Delivery notification received at 7.54pm to say it was on the way. 7.25pm arrived. Was given a bag with two icecream tubs upside down. Two of the tubs are semi melted, the sundae looked like someone had chucked it all over the car. Melted. No raspberry sauce on the icecream as paid for. Bit disappointing to be honest.
